Guild Online Learner Portal is an online portal which allows educators and students to access the GIAC Security certification exams. The portal was created in order to make it easier for students and educators to take the exams and track their progress.
How to login to Guild Online Learner Portal
If you are a new student or have forgotten your username and password, please follow the steps below to login to the Guild Online Learner Portal.
1. Click the "Login" link on the main page of the Guild Online Learner Portal.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In".
3. You will be taken to the home page of the Portal. If you are already logged in, you will see a message indicating that you are already logged in.
4. To log out of the Portal, click "Log Out" at the bottom of the page.
How to manage your account
To login to your account and manage your content, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the top right of any page in the Guild Online Learner Portal.
2. Enter your user name and password, and click Log In.
3. You will be taken to the My Account page. On this page, you can view your current status, Subscribe to newsletters, or manage your content.
How to add/update your contact information
If you have not already done so, please add your name, email address and guild name to the Guild Online Learner Portal contact information form. You can also update or add your contact information at any time by clicking on the "Edit Contact Info" button on the left navigation panel of the portal.
How to request a transcript or diploma audit
If you are looking to request a transcript or diploma audit for your online learning experience, you will need to login to your account and navigate to the My Account section. From here, you can click on Request Transcript or Request Diploma Audit. You will then be prompted to provide some information about your experience, such as the course name and the semester you are requesting the transcript or diploma audit for. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email notification indicating whether your request has been approved or rejected.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Click the Login link on the top menu bar.
2. In the login form that appears, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Your Password link and enter your email address and new password in the form that appears.
3. Click the Log In button to finish logging in.
4. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in before you can view or edit your blog posts.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from the Guild Online Learner Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab on the main page of the Guild Online Learner Portal.
2. Under "Email Notifications," select the "Unsubscribe from Email Notifications" button.
3. Enter your email address in the field provided and click the "Submit" button.
