How to login to the Grove Slippery Rock Resident Portal
There are a few ways to login to the Grove Slippery Rock Resident Portal:
- Log in using your NetID and Password.
- Log in using your Email Address and Password.
- Log in using your Name and Password.
Understanding your current account
If you are not a Groves Slippery Rock resident, you can still use the portal. To create an account, go to grovesslipperyrock.edu/login and follow the instructions. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available at the portal.
Adding a new credit card or banking account
Login to your portal account by entering your e-mail address and password in the appropriate fields on the home page. If you have a new credit card or banking account, you will need to create a new user profile.

Reviewing your bank statements
The Grove Slippery Rock Resident Portal allows you to review your bank statements. You can login using your user name and password.
Viewing your bills
If you have a Grove Slippery Rock Resident Portal account, you can view your bills, including water and sewer charges, on the website. To login to your Resident Portal account:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar of the website.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
Once you're logged in, you will be able to view your bills and other information associated with your account.
Changing your address
If you have relocated to Grove Slippery Rock, please follow these instructions to change your address in the portal. Please note that if you have not moved and your address is the same as when you registered, then no action is necessary.
1. Log in to the portal at https://portal.groveslipperyrock.org/.
2. Click on “My Portal Content” on the top right corner of the page.
3. Select “Residents” from the drop-down menu on the left sidebar and click on “Add an Address” in the middle column (see image below).
4. Enter your new address in the “Address” box and click on “Submit” (see image below).
5. You will now be returned to the main My Portal Content page. Congratulations! Your new address has been added to the portal.
Cancelling services or changing your contract
If you need to cancel a service, or change your contract, please follow the instructions below:
Cancellation Policy:
-You may cancel services at any time prior to the start of your contracted period. A $150 cancellation fee will apply.
-Services must be cancelled in writing and received by the office no later than 30 days prior to your contracted start date. If services have already started, you are responsible for completing the remaining contracted hours.
To cancel services:
1) Login to your account at groveslipperyrock.com and click on “My Services” on the left hand side of the screen.
2) Under “Services I Have Registered With Grove Slippery Rock”, click on “Cancel Service(s)”.
3) Complete the Cancellation Form and email it to [email protected]. Please include your full name, address and phone number as well as the dates of service you would like to cancel.
