What is Group Health Cooperative Provider Portal?
Group Health Cooperative Provider Portal (GHP Portal) is a web-based system that allows health care providers to electronically query and access information about patients enrolled in the cooperative. This system allows providers to earn rewards for participating in quality improvement initiatives, and to submit claims electronically.
To login to GHP Portal, providers must have an existing user name and password. The first time you attempt to login, you will be prompted to create a new user name and password. If you do not have an existing user name and password, you can create one by clicking on the "Create User" link on the GHP Portal home page.
Once you have created a user name and password, you can access GHP Portal by clicking on the "Login" link on the home page. The login screen will look like the following image:
To enter your user name and password, type them into the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button. After you have logged in, the GHP Portal home page will look like the following image:
The main menu on the GHP Portal home page contains links that allow you to explore different aspects of the system. The "My Profile" link allows you to view your user profile
How to Login to the Portal
If you are a Group Health Cooperative member, please login to the Provider Portal. The Provider Portal is the online resource for accessing your account information and health services. If you are not a Group Health Cooperative member, or if you have not logged in to the Provider Portal before, please follow these instructions.
How to Use the Portal
If you are new to the Group Health Cooperative, or if you need help logging in to the portal, this guide will show you how to do it. The Group Health Cooperative Provider Portal is a website where providers can access information about their patients, payments, and membership. To log in, first make sure that you have an account with the Group Health Cooperative. Once you have an account, go to www.grouphealthcooperative.org and click on the Login link in the upper right corner. Enter your username and password and click on Log In. You will be taken to the Provider Portal home page. If you are a new provider, you will first need to create a profile by clicking on New Provider in the top left corner and filling out the form. Once your profile is created, click on My Profile at the top of the page and then on Provider Portal in the menu that appears. To use the portal, first select one of your practice areas from the list on the left side of the screen. This will display all of your patient records for that area (Figure 1).
