A Group Benefit Services Provider Portal is an online system that allows employers to administer and manage their employee benefits programs. Employers can enroll employees in benefit programs, make changes to the programs, view program enrollment and status, and obtain account information for employees.
In order to login to a Group Benefit Services Provider Portal, you will need to have the following:
-Employer Identification Number (EIN)
-username and password
-domain name (if different from your EIN)
How to login to Group Benefit Services Provider Portal
If you are a registered Group Benefit Services Provider, you can login to the portal by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the portal. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the "My Profile" page. On this page, you will need to provide your username and password. If you have not registered with them yet, please do so now by clicking on the "Register" link. Once you have registered, we will send you an email containing your username and password.
How to add a new provider
Adding a new provider to the Group Benefit Services Provider Portal is easy.
1. Log in to the portal at www.groupbenefitservicesprovider.com.
2. Click on "Provider" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "Provider List" pane, click on the "Add New Provider" button.
4. In the "Add New Provider" window, enter information about your provider and click on the "Submit" button.
5. Congratulations! Your new provider has been added to the portal and can now be used by employees!
How to edit an existing provider
If you have an existing provider, you can login to the portal and edit it. First, you need to find your provider ID. To do that, go to the Provider Login section on the left side of the portal and click on your provider ID. This will take you to your provider's page. You will see your provider ID in the top right corner of the page.
Once you have your provider ID, go to the Portal Admin section on the left side of the portal and click on Provider Settings. This will take you to the Provider Settings page. In this page, you will see your provider's name and ID. Next, click on Edit Provider on this page. This will take you to the Provider Edit page. On this page, you will see all of your provider's information. You can add or delete items from this page, as well as change how providers are displayed in the portal.

How to delete a provider
If you are no longer using a group benefit service provider portal and want to delete it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal account.
2. Click on the "Provider Portal" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the "Provider Portal" tab, click on the "Manage Providers" link.
4. On the "Manage Providers" page, click on the "Delete Provider" button next to the provider you want to delete.
How to save your provider settings
If you have ever logged into the Group Benefit Services Provider Portal (GBSPP) and wished you could keep your provider settings between sessions, you are in luck! The GBSPP allows you to save your provider settings in your user profile. To do this:
1. Log into the GBSPP.
2. Click on the user profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the User Profile screen, click on the Edit Profile button.
4. On the Edit Profile screen, click on the Settings tab.
5. In the Provider Settings section, enter your login credentials for your provider and click Save.
6. You are now ready to use the GBSPP with your provider login credentials!
How to view and print your providers
If you are a group benefit services provider and have an active provider portal account, you can view and print your providers by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Providers" tab. The "Providers" tab displays a list of all of your providers, as well as their contact information and the benefits they offer. You can also add new providers to your list or delete providers from your list. If you need more help setting up or using your provider portal, please contact your group benefit administrator.
