How to login to your Greyhound Skillport account
If you haven’t already, you will need to create a Greyhound Skillport account. To login, follow these steps:
1. From your desktop or laptop computer, open the Greyhound website.
2. In the top left corner of the homepage, click on “My Account”.
3. On the My Account screen, click on “Login” in the top right corner.
4. Enter your username and password and click “Log In”.
5. If you have not already done so, select a skill from the drop-down menu near the top of the page and click on “Create Account”.
6. You will be taken to the Create Account page where you can enter your name, email address and telephone number (optional). Click on “Create Account” to continue.
7. Once your account has been created, click on “My Profile” in the top right corner of the My Account screen and then click on “Settings” in the left sidebar.

How to register for a Skillport account
If you're new to Skillport, or if you're having trouble logging in, follow these instructions.
1. Click the "Login" button at the top of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided.
3. Click the "Log In" button to finish registering for a Skillport account.
If you have already registered for a Skillport account, please click on the "Login" button at the top of the page and enter your email address and password in the fields provided.
How to find your Skillport ID
If you have not set up your Greyhound Skillport account, or if your account has been lost or stolen, you can find your Skillport ID by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Greyhound Skillport website.
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Reset Password.
4. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided and click on Reset Password.
5. Click on Log Out at the bottom of the page to close out of My Account.
6.Click on the link in the email that you received after resetting your password to log into your Skillport account.
7.Click on My Profile in the left navigation bar to view your Skillport profile and see your Skillport ID.
How to use your Skillport ID
If you forgot your Skillport ID, or if you have lost your Skillport, follow these steps to login and retrieve your ID:
1. Click the Login link on the top right of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
3. If you have forgotten your Skillport ID, click on the My Account link in the upper left corner of the screen and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields. You will then be taken to a page where you can view all of your Skillport IDs, as well as any passwords that you have set for them. If you have lost your Skillport, you will need to contact Greyhound to request a new one.
How to make a booking
If you're looking to make a Greyhound Skillport booking, there are a few different ways to go about it. You can either use the Greyhound website or app, or head over to the Skillport terminal in your city.
If you're using the website or app, you'll first need to sign in. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to search for and find your desired route. Next, click on the "Book now" button. This will take you to the payment page. Here, you'll need to provide your name, email address, and payment information. You can also choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard. After you've made your payment, hit the "Submit" button and your booking will be completed!
If you're at the terminal, all you need to do is sign in and start searching for your route. Once you've found it, click on the "Book now" button. This will take you to the payment page. 2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, you will see your booking history and current wait list status.
How to cancel a booking
If you need to cancel a booking, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Greyhound Skillport account.
Step 2: Click on the "My Bookings" tab.
Step 3: Click on the "Cancellations" link under the booking you would like to cancel.
Step 4: Complete the cancellation form and click on the "Submit Cancellation" button.
How to find the location of your next stop
If you're looking for your next destination, the Greyhound Skillport can help. Located on the top level of most Greyhound stations, the Skillport offers a variety of services and amenities, from online booking to food and drink options.
To find your next stop, follow these steps:
1. Enter your departure city in the search bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select your bus type (trucks or buses) from the list of options.
3. Click on "Next Stop."
4. Type in your destination city in the text box below and click "Find Next Stop."
5. If the Skillport is currently closed, you will be given an option to view upcoming stops or call 1-800-GO-GRYHOUND for more information.
How to print your journey log
If you have printed your journey log, you can use the following steps to login to your Skillport account.
Step 1: Log in to your Skillport account by clicking on the "Log In" button in the header of the blog section.
Step 2: Enter your email address and password into the login form.
Step 3: Click on the "Proceed" button to continue.
Step 4: On the next screen, click on the "Journey Log" tab. You will now be able to view your printed journey log.
