When you first sign up for the Grantham Student Portal, you'll need to create a user name and password. Here's how to login and get started:
How to login to the Grantham Student Portal
If you are new to the Grantham Student Portal, please follow these simple steps to login:
1. Click on the 'Login' link on the home page of the Grantham Student Portal.
2. Enter your student number (which can be found on your Admissions Letter or MyPortal account) and password into the appropriate fields and click 'Log In'.
3. If you have not registered for MyPortal, then you will be prompted to do so before being able to log in. Once you have registered for MyPortal, your student number and password will be automatically added to your account.
4. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them via email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you reset it.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these instructions:
1. Click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
3. A new password will be emailed to you. Enter this new password in the “New Password” field and click the “Submit” button.
4. You are now logged in to the portal!

How to cancel your subscription
If you have decided that you no longer require the services of the Grantham Student Portal, you can cancel your subscription by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account on the portal.
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the screen.
3. Find the ‘Cancel My Subscription’ section and click on it.
4. Complete the cancellation form as requested and click on ‘ Submit Changes ’ to save your changes.
How to unsubscribe from the Portal
If you no longer want to receive notifications from the Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Portal.
2. Click on "Settings" in the upper-left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Notifications," click on "Unsubscribe."
4. Enter your email address in the text field and click on "Submit." Your subscription will be cancelled and you will not receive any more notifications from the Portal.
