1. Click on the "Sign In" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on "Log In." If you have previously logged in, your account will be displayed on the right side of the page.
4. If you have not logged in before, please create an account by clicking on the "Create An Account" link at the bottom of the page.
Patient Profile
If you are a Grand Valley Medical Specialist patient and want to login to their Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyGVM account on the website. You will need your MyGVM username and password. If you have not yet registered for a MyGVM account, click here to learn more about registering.
2. Click on the Patients Menu tab on the left side of the page. You will see a list of all of your current appointments. Select the appointment date for which you would like to login.
3. Click on the Login link next to your appointment date. You will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your MyGVM username and password. Once you have logged in, click on the Go To Website button at the top of the page to be taken back to their website.
Personal Health Record
Grand Valley Medical Specialists Patient Portal how to login
If you are a Grand Valley Medical Specialist patient, and you would like to access your personal health record (PHR), please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal. If you have not yet registered for the Patient Portal, please click here to register. Once you have registered, you will be prompted to create a password. Enter yourpassword in the appropriate field on the Patient Portal login page and click "Log In".
2.Once you have logged in, select "My Profile" from the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen. On the My Profile page, select "Health Record" from the drop-down list on the right-hand side of the screen. You will now be able to view and update your personal health information in the Health Record section of the Patient Portal.
MyChart
If you are a patient registered with one of their providers, you can logon to MyChart by clicking on the “MyChart” logo in the top right corner of this page. If you are a family member or friend of a patient, you can logon using the patient’s login information. To find this information, please go to “MyChart” and click on “Account Info” under the “My Profile” tab. You will need to provide your patient’s ID number and password in order to logon. Once logged on, you will be able to view your patient’s medical history, medications, appointment calendar, and more!

Billing and Payment Options
Grand Valley Medical Specialists Patient Portal offers a variety of billing and payment options for their patients. Our patients can use either their online billing system or their payment processor, which is VeriSign.
The online billing system is accessible from the Patient Portal home page. After logging in, patients will see their current account balance and recent payments. They can also view their account history and make changes to their account settings. To pay bills, patients need only enter their account number and the amount they want to pay. VeriSign will process the payment and send a bill to the patient's email address.
The payment processor, VeriSign PayByPhone, is available to their patients who have telephone service. To use VeriSign PayByPhone, patients need to first sign up for a VeriSign account and then add their Grand Valley Medical Specialists Patient Portal account number to that account. Once that is done, they can start making payments by calling (800) 995-4199 and entering their patient portal number as well as the amount of the payment.
