When you first visit the Grand Summit Apartments Portal, you will be asked to enter your username and password. You may also choose to create a new account if you do not have an existing one. After entering your information, you will be taken to the main page of the website. From here, you can access all of the features and amenities of the portal.

Manage your Booking History
If you have booked a stay through the Grand Summit Apartments portal, you can manage your booking history by logging in. To login, click the Login link on the left-hand side of the home page and enter your user name and password. You will then be able to view your booking history, review your reservations, and make changes to your account.

Add a Security Deposit
If you are renting an apartment through the Grand Summit Apartments Portal, you will need to submit a security deposit. The security deposit is an initial payment that helps protect you and your property. It must be made payable to the Grand Summit Apartments Portal. You can find more information about the security deposit on their website.
In order to login and submit your security deposit, you will need to:
1) Access the Grand Summit Apartments Portal.
2) Click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3) Click on “Security Deposit” in the left navigation bar.
4) Review the information about submitting a security deposit and make any necessary changes.
5) Click on “Submit Security Deposit” in the right navigation bar.
Rent a Unit
Grand Summit Apartments offers a range of rental units that can accommodate any need. Whether you are looking for an apartment to call home for a short period of time or you are looking for a long term rental, Grand Summit has something for you. To login to the rental portal, follow these steps:
Go to www.grandsummitapartments.com and click on the "Login" button in the top left corner of the homepage. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button. You will be taken to the "Rental Portal". On the left hand side of the "Rental Portal", you will see all of their current rentals. Click on the unit that you are interested in and complete the information requested. Once you have completed all of the necessary information, click on the "Submit Application" button and you will be taken to their payment page. Select your monthly rent payment method and complete the payment process. Once your rent has been paid, go back to the "Rental Portal" and click on the "Update Profile" button to update your profile with your new address and contact information. You are now ready to start searching for your new home!
Cancel a Lease
Login to your Grand Summit Apartments account to cancel your lease. If you have questions or problems logging in, please contact customer service at 877-997-3228.
To Cancel:
1. Log in to your account at www.grandsummitapartments.com
2. Click the "Leases" tab on the main page
3. Find the lease you want to cancel and click on it
4. On the next page, click on the "Cancel Lease" button located at the bottom of the page
Change your Address
If you have recently moved and would like to update your blog address, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Grand Summit Apartments Portal.
2. Click on “Settings” on the left hand side of the page.
3. Select “Blog Settings” from the drop down menu.
4. Enter your new blog address in the “Blog Address” field and click on “Update”.
Access Adult Services
If you need to access their Adult Services, you will need to login using the following information:
-Your ID number (found inside your Grand Summit Apartments mailbox)
-Your password (found on the back of your ID card)
-Your apartment number or unit number (found on your lease or apartment advertisement)
-The last four digits of your social security number (found on the back of your ID card)
