Can I manage my health information
If you are a Grand River Medical Associates patient and have registered with their Patient Portal, you can manage your health information, including medications, allergies, and medical records. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.grmca.org and sign in using your Patient Portal username and password.
2. On the main menu, click Health & Wellness.
3. On the left-hand side of the page, under My Health Record, clickManage Medications.
4. On the Manage Medications page, you will see a list of all of your medications. You can add new medications or edit information about existing medications by clicking on the appropriate links. You can also view all of your medication allergies by clicking on the Allergies link on this page. If you would like to print a copy of your medication list, click on the Print button next to the appropriate list item.
5. If you have registered with their Patient Portal, you can also access your medical records by clicking on the My Medical Records link on this page. You will be able to view all of your appointment dates and details for each visit to their clinic as well
