How to add/remove team members
If you want to add a new team member, follow these steps:
1. Open the Grameenphone Team Tracker app on your device.
2. Click on the “Team Members” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Enter the new member’s name and email address in the fields provided.
4. Click on “Save” to add them to your team.
5. To remove a team member, click on their name and then click on “Remove from Team”.
How to view team status
If you are looking for the team status of your Grameenphone account, then you can login to your account and view the status of all your teams. To login to your account, please follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Login" link located on the top right corner of their homepage.
2) Enter your registered email address and password in the fields provided and click on "Login".
3) You will then be redirected to the "Your Account" page. Here, you can see all of your teams and their statuses.
How to chat on Grameenphone Team Tracker
Grameenphone Team Tracker is a communication tool for employees, partners and customers of Grameenphone. It allows you to communicate with co-workers, clients and customers in real time.
To access the Grameenphone Team Tracker, open the App Menu on your phone and select Team Tracker. Once you are in the Team Tracker, click on the user name in the top right corner to login. You will be taken to the login screen. Enter your email address and password and click on Login.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on Reset Password in the top right corner.
Once you have logged in, you will see all your active conversations along with the date, time and participant details. You can reply to or delete any conversation by clicking on the respective link.
You can also add participants to conversations by selecting Add Participant from the menu options or by entering their contact details in the Add Participant dialog box.
You can manage all your conversations by clicking on My Conversations at the top left corner of the Team Tracker screen. This will show you a list of all your active conversations along with their status (completed, paused, deleted) and timestamps
How to cancel chats
If you want to cancel a chat, follow these steps:
1. Tap on the chat you want to delete.
2. On the right-hand side, tap on the three dots in the top right corner and select Cancel Chat.
3. If you want to keep the chat but stop seeing notifications for it, you can choose to do so by tapping on the three dots again and selecting Stop Notifications.

To log in to Grameenphone Team Tracker:
1. Go to www.grameenphone.com/teamtracker and click "Login" on the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password and click "Log In".
3. You will be redirected to the Team Tracker home page.
4. Click on the "My Accounts" tab at the top of the page and under "Team Tracker", select your team from the list of teams that you are a member of.
5. On the left side of the screen, under "Reports & Tools", click on "Create Report".
6. Enter a report title, write a brief description of your issue, and select an appropriate category from the pull-down menu below it. After filling in all required information, click "Create Report".
7. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can review your report before submitting it to us.
