How to make a new appointment

3. Click on "New Appointment" to create a new appointment. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, insurance information, and medical information (including allergies). The appointment time and location will be generated for you automatically.
4. Click on "Confirm New Appointment" to confirm your appointment and return to the "My Appointments" page.

How to find information about a medication

On this page, you will find information such as their diagnosis, treatment plan, and contact information. You can also click on "My Medications" to view all of your medications and their doses.
