How to Make a Booking
If you're looking for accommodation at Goldsmiths, their accommodation portal is the place to go. You can find all the latest deals and bookings right here. Just follow these simple steps:

3. To make a booking, simply click on the 'Booking Form' button and complete the required details. We'll then contact you to confirm your reservation.
How to cancel a Booking
If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so by logging in to the Accommodation Portal and clicking on the "Cancel Booking" link located on the My Bookings page. Once you've clicked on the link, you will be taken to a cancellation form where you can enter all of the relevant information about your booking.
How to view your Booking details
In order to view your booking details on the Goldsmiths Accommodation Portal, you will need to login. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button located at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password into the fields provided and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be able to view all of your booking details, including your room type, rate, and availability.
How to Report an Issue
If you are experiencing an issue with the accommodation portal, please follow these steps to report it:
1. First, login to the accommodation portal and click on "My Accommodation".
2. Select the accommodation you would like to report an issue with and click on "Report an Issue".
3. In the "Report an Issue" form, please provide as much information as possible about your issue, including:
- The name of the accommodation facility
- The date of your visit
- Your contact information (e.g. name, email address, phone number)
4. Please also provide any screenshots or videos that may help illustrate your issue. If possible, please include a copy of your booking confirmation or itinerary.
