c. Click on the "Login As" link next to your desired patient group (Family Practice, Pediatric, etc.).

If you have been a patient of their practice for less than six months, please click here to create an account. After logging in, you will have the option to manage your account through their secure Patient Portal.
How to get support
If you are experiencing any problems logging into the patient portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the Patient Portal in your web browser. You can find the Patient Portal at goldencornerfamilypractice.com.
2. Click on the Log In link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your registration information if you have it saved in your account. If not, click on the New User button and complete the online registration form. Once you have registered for an account, you will be able to log in with your username and password.
