How to Login to your Tenant Portal:
To login to your tenant portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link located in the upper right hand corner of the main page. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and password.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar. This will take you to the My Account page where you can view your account details, including your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and password. If you have forgotten your password or have lost your login information, click on "Forgot Your Password?" link located in the upper right hand corner of My Account page and enter your email address and password to reset them both.

How to Login to your Tenant Portal
If you have not yet created an account on the Gold Trust Realty tenant portal, you can do so by clicking on the link in the blue bar at the top of this page. Once you are logged in, you will see a screen like this:
On the left-hand side of this screen is a list of all of your properties. To find your property, enter its address into the search bar at the top of the page and hit Enter. Once you have found your property, click on it to go to the main page for that property.
On the main page for your property, you will see a number of different tabs. The first tab is called Overview. This tab gives you an overview of all of the information about your property, including its current state and how much rent has been collected from tenants so far. The second tab is called Tenant Data. This tab contains all of the information about your tenants, including their name, email address, and contact information. The third tab is called Reports. This tab contains all of the reports that have been generated for your property, including reports on rent collection and occupancy rates. The fourth tab is called Admin. How to Update your Personal Information
If you have ever changed your name, email address, or phone number on the Gold Trust Realty tenant portal, you will need to update those details before you can continue using the portal.
To update your information:
1. Log in to the tenant portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top left corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on “Personal Information” in the left column.
4. In the Personal Information section, under “Name & Email Address,” type in your new name and email address. If you have changed your phone number, enter that number here too.
5. Click on “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
How to Access YourTenant Property
If you have a Gold Trust Realty tenant portal account, you can access your tenant information and manage your account from the tenant portal. To login to the tenant portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the tenant portal located at www.gtrealty.com/tenantportal/.
2. Enter your user name and password in the login form on the home page of the tenant portal.
3. Click Login.
4. In the User Name and Password fields, type your user name and password for your Gold Trust Realty tenant portal account, respectively.
5. Click OK to log in to the tenant portal.
6. On the left side of the screen, under My Profile, click My Properties to view all of your properties owned by Gold Trust Realty. You can also manage your account settings, pay rent online, and more from this area of the tenant portal.

1. Log in to your My Account page by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link on the main Tenant Portal home page.
