Looking to access Go Gwinnett Portal resources from work? Here’s how to login!
First, you will need your Go Gwinnett Portal Username and Password. If you don’t have these yet, sign up for a free account at gogwinnett.com and follow the instructions on the sign-up page.
Once you have logged in, click on My Account in the top navigation bar. In the My Account section, click on Login. Enter your Username and Password and click on Log In. You will now be directed to the Login Screen.
If you are a current employee, you will see your Login Screen after logging in. If you are a new employee, you will first need to create an account and then enter your Username and Password when prompted.
How to login to Go Gwinnett Portal
If you are an employee of Go Gwinnett and have not yet logged in to the Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. In your Web browser, go to www.gogwinnett.com/portal
2. On the home page, click on the “Sign In” link in the upper right corner
3. Enter your user name and password and click “Sign In”
4. On the left navigation panel, click on “My Profile”
5. On the My Profile page, under “Logged In As,” click on “Employee”
6. On the Employee page, under “My Portals,” click on “Go Gwinnett Portal”
7. On the Go Gwinnett Portal page, under “Login Status,” click on “Log In”
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the login link in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided.
3. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the email that you received after logging in.
4. Enter your new password in the field provided and click on the “Submit” button.
5. You will now be logged into your account!

If you have a problem with Go Gwinnett Portal, there are several ways to report it. You can:
- visit their help page and search for the answer to your question;
- use the "Report a Problem" form on their website;
- call us at (770) 426-4000 and leave a message; or
- send an email to [email protected].
How to unsubscribe from the Go Gwinnett Portal mailing list
If you no longer want to receive notifications about Go Gwinnett Portal updates, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at https://portal.gwinnett.com/login/.
2. Under "My Account," click on the "Mailings" tab.
3. Under "Mailing Lists," click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to the Go Gwinnett Portal mailing list.
