How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these instructions:
1) Click on the “Your Account” link in the menu bar at the top of the site.
2) On the resulting page, click on “Forgotten Your Password?”
3) Enter your email address and click “Create Account”.
4) You will then be prompted to enter your new password. Make sure you remember this password – you will need it to log in to your account again. If you have lost your original password, please contact customer service for assistance.
How to update your personal information
You can update your contact information, billing information and other personal information by logging into your Globe My Account Portal. You can find the portal at myaccount.globe.com.
To login:
1. Go to myaccount.globe.com and sign in with your credentials.
2. Click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the "Personal Information" section and click on the "Update" link next to your name or email address.

How to cancel your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

How to dispute a charge
If you think you have been overcharged on your Globe My Account, you can dispute the charge.
To dispute a charge, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your Globe My Account portal.
2) Under "My Accounts & Services" on the left side of the page, click on " disputed charges ".
3) On the disputed charges page, you will see a list of all your current charges. You can click on each one to read more about it and decide if you think you were overcharged.
4) If you think you were overcharged, click on the " dispute this charge " button next to the charge that you believe was wrong.
5) Follow the instructions on the next screen to submit your dispute.
How to dispute a balance
If you believe that there is an error with your account balance, you can dispute the balance. To dispute a balance, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account portal.
2. Under "My Account," click "Dispute Balance."
3. Enter the details of your dispute and click "Submit Dispute."
4. If your dispute is approved, your balance will be updated within 1-2 business days.
