1) Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the main screen.

2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link located in the upper right-hand corner of the main page.
3. Enter your email address and create a new password.
4. Click on the "Submit" button to finish setting your new password.

How to get help using Glcps Community Portal
Glcps Community Portal is a free online resource for clinicians and patients to share health information, resources and support. To get started, you need to login.
To login:
1. Click the Login link in the top right corner of the Glcps Community Portal homepage.
2. Enter your username and password. If you have not registered for Glcps Community Portal yet, you will be prompted to do so.
3. Once you have logged in, you will see your profile page. On this page, you can view your account information, as well as add or edit content pages or groups that interest you.
If you are a clinician, you can also manage your patients' accounts on Glcps Community Portal.
To manage a patient's account:
1. Navigate to the Patients tab on your Profile page and click the blue Edit button next to the patient's name.
2. On the Patient Management page, you will see all of the information about this patient's account, including their contact information and any groups that they are a member of on Glcps Community Portal. You can also access this page to cancel or update this patient's account information
