How to Login to Gi Associates Patient Portal
If you have registered for a Gi Associates account, you can login to the patient portal by entering your username and password in the login form on the homepage. If you have not registered for an account, or if your username and password have expired, you can also login by clicking on the "Log In" link in the top right-hand corner of any page on the patient portal.
How to Add an Adult Child as a Patient
If you are an adult child of a Gi Associates patient, you can login to their patient portal to view important medical information and updates about your loved one. To add an adult child as a patient, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the "Log In" button on the upper-right corner of the Gi Associates patient portal.
2. Enter your patient ID and password.
3. Click the "Add Adult Child" button on the right side of the screen.
4. Complete the fields on the Add Adult Child form, and click the "Submit" button.
How to Add a Relative as a Patient
If you don't have a Gi Associates Patient Portal login, you can create one by clicking here. Once logged in, follow these steps to add a relative as a patient:
1. Click on "Patients" on the top menu bar.
2. Click on the "Add Relative" button.
3. Fill out the form and click the "Submit" button.
How to Update Your Info
To update your contact info or to login to your account, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" link located at the top of any page on the portal.
2. If you are a new patient, please enter your Patient ID and Password in the appropriate fields. If you have an existing Gi Associates account, you will need to enter your Username and Password.
3. Click on "Update My Info." This will take you to a form where you can update your name, email address, phone number and other information. Please remember to use the same spelling and capitalization as shown on your identification card or driver's license.
4. Once you have updated all of your information, click on "Login." You will now be able to access all of the features of the Patient Portal!
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so through the Gi Associates Patient Portal. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "login" link in the upper right corner of the Gi Associates Patient Portal home page.
2. Enter your username (the name you used when registering with Gi Associates) and your current password. If you have not registered with Gi Associates, enter "Anonymous".
3. Click on the "Create a new password" link in the lower right corner of the page.
4. Enter a new password twice and click on the "save changes" button. You will now be prompted to confirm your new password. Once you have confirmed your new password, click on the "logout" link at the bottom of the page to log out of Gi Associates and return to the main website.
How to Contact Gi Associates
If you have any questions or concerns about your care, you can contact them through their patient portal. The patient portal is a secure online system where you can easily access your medical records, schedule appointments, and ask questions about your care. To login to the patient portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page.
2. Enter your login information and password.
3. Click on the "Log In" button to log in to the patient portal.
