1. Click the link in the email we sent you after your appointment. This will take you to their patient portal.
2. On the Patient Portal home page, click on the “Create an Account” link in the top left corner.
3. Enter your registration number and password in the appropriate fields and then click “Create Account”.
4. You will be taken to a confirmation page that asks you to confirm your account information. Click the “Yes, I am a patient at Generations OB Gyn” button to finish creating your account.
How to login
Generations Ob Gyn Patient Portal is a patient portal that allows you to view your medical history, track your medications, and connect with other patients.To login to the portal, you'll need your patient ID and password. To find your patient ID, go to the "My Account" page and enter your first and last name in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields, respectively. Your patient ID will appear next to your name.To create a password, enter at least 8 characters and make sure it's not easily guessed.Your password will be displayed on the "My Account" page along with your contact information if you need it.Once you have logged in, you'll be able to access all of the features of the portal.

4. On the Download Page, select the file that you want to download, and then click on the Download button.
5. You will be taken to a page where you can choose to save the file to your computer or print it out.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the Login page and enter your email address to retrieve a reset link. If you have not yet registered for an account, you can create one by clicking the “Register now” link.
