If you are a student at GCU and have an ID card, you can use their online payment system to make tuition and fee payments. First, you need to create an account. After you create your account, you will be able to make payments. You can also view your account information, including your account balance and payment history.
What is Gcu?
The Georgia College & University System (Gcu) is a public university system in the U.S. state of Georgia. The Gcu comprises 11 institutions: Agnes Scott College, Clark Atlanta University, Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Kennesaw State University, Mercer University, Morehouse College, Savannah State University, and the University of Georgia.
How to Login to the Gcu Portal
If you are a current or former student at Gcu, you can login to the portal to view your grades, registration status, and other important information. You can also pay your tuition and fees through the portal. The steps to login and pay your tuition and fees are outlined below.
Login to the Gcu Portal:
To login to the Gcu portal, visit the portal website at http://www.gcu.edu/portal/. Enter your username (your student ID number) and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link located on the left side of the login form. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main page of the portal.
Pay Your Tuition and Fees Through the Portal:
To pay your tuition and fees through the portal, click on the “Payment” link located on the left side of the main page of the portal. You will be taken to a payment form. On this form, you will need to provide your student ID number, name, email address, credit card information (the last four digits of your card number), and desired payment
Payment Methodology
The Gcu Student Portal Payment Methodology provides information on how to make payments for your online course materials and services. Log in to the Gcu Student Portal and follow the instructions below to pay your course materials and services.
To make a payment by check or money order, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the Gcu Student Portal and log in.
2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on Course Materials & Services.
4. On the Course Materials & Services page, click on Payment Methods.
5. On the Payment Methods page, under Check/Money Order Payments, click on Add New Payment Method.
6. In the Add New Payment Method form, enter your payment information (complete with routing number and Bank Name). Also, be sure to select the Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) option if you want to pay by credit card. Click on Submit Form to add this payment method to your account.

My Account
The Gcu Student Portal is a portal that allows students to manage their academic and campus life accounts. The portal is available online, and includes tools such as the ability to pay tuition and fees, register for classes, and view transcripts. To access the student portal, students must first create an account.
To create an account, students must enter their name, email address, and password into the corresponding fields on the login page. After entering these details, students are prompted to choose a password. Once they have created an account, students can explore the various features of the student portal by clicking on the links in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
To pay tuition and fees through the student portal, students must first select their school from the drop-down menu located near the top of the page. Next, they must select their semester from the drop-down menu located near the bottom of the page. After selecting their school and semester, students are prompted to enter their tuition and fee payment information. If you are new to the Gcu Student Portal, please read their How to Login section first. Once you have registered for an account and logged in, you will be able to view your account information and make payments. The following steps will show you how to make a payment using your bank account or credit card:
1.Log in to the Gcu Student Portal.
2.Click on the My Account tab in the main menu. You will see your account information and payment history.
3.To make a payment, click on the Payment Method link next to your bank account or credit card information. This will take you to the Payment Method page. Here you will select the payment method that you want to use and enter your bank account or credit card information. Please note that some banks may require you to provide additional information such as your routing number or PIN number.
4.Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the Submit Payment button to submit your payment request. You will be redirected back to the My Account page where you can review your payment details and confirm your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Gcu’s Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. If a student cancels within 14 days of the course start date, they will be charged the full amount of the course. If a student cancels more than 30 days prior to the course start date, they will be charged a 50% tuition refund. If a student withdraws from a course, no refund is given for any part of the course fees.
