How to login to GBS Web Portal
If you are new to their GBS Web Portal, we suggest you first read their blog post on how to create a new account. Once you have created an account, follow these steps to login:
1) Log in to your account at gbs.com (or use the login form on this page if you already have an account).
2) Click the "Login" link at the top of any page in the Web Portal.
3) Type your username and password in the fields provided, and click "Log In."
4) If you are successfully logged in, you will be returned to the main page of the Web Portal. Congratulations!

How to reset Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your GBS web portal login information, you can reset your password by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.gbs.gov
2. Click on the "Forgotten Password" link in the upper-right corner of the homepage
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Reset Password"
4. You will receive an email notification confirming that your password has been reset.
How to update personal information
If you have Gbs login credentials, follow these steps to update your personal information:
1. Click on the My Account tab on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Update button.
3. You will be prompted to accept any changes that have been made to your account.
4. You can now close this tab if you are finished with it.
How to unsubscribe from their mailing list
If you wish to unsubscribe from their mailing list, please follow these instructions:
1) Log in to your Gbs Web Portal account.
2) Click on "My Account" on the top menu.
3) Under "Account Settings," find the "Newsletter Subscription" option and click on it.
4) In the "Newsletter Subscription Settings" dialogue box, uncheck the box next to the newsletter you no longer wish to receive and click on the "Save Changes" button.
