If you are a Southern Resident portal user and have not logged in recently, please follow these steps:
1. Log in using your Portal User ID and Password.
2. Click on the "My Account" link on the top right of the home page.
3. Click on the "Login" link in the "My Account" section.
4. Enter your Portal User ID and Password, and click on the "Log In" button.
