How to login to Fullerton College Portal
If you are a student, employee, or visitor at Fullerton College and you need to sign in to the College Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to https://portal.fullerton.edu and click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your full name (first and last), email address, and password in the appropriate fields and click "Sign In."
2a If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" in the top right corner of the screen and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields. A reset code will be sent to your email address. Once you have entered this code, click "Reset Password?" in the top right corner of the screen and enter your new password in the appropriate field. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a letter. You will be prompted to create a second password if you do not have one already. Finally, click "Create Account."

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Fullerton password, you can reset it by following these instructions:
1. Log in to the Fullerton portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner.
3. In the "Account Details" pane, click on "Change Password."
4. Type your new password in the "New Password" field and click on "Submit."
5. You will be prompted to confirm your new password. Click on "Yes, submit this new password."
6. You will now see your new password in the "Password Strength" column next to your current password. Click on the icon next to your current password to change it.
How to manage your account
If you’re new to the Fullerton College Portal, you may be wondering how to manage your account. Here are some tips on how to login, sign up for email notifications, and customize your experience:
1. Login to the Fullerton College Portal using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact the IT office at (714) 753-6000.
2. To manage your account settings, click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the portal. You can view your current account status, change your password, and manage your contact information. You can also set up email notifications to receive important updates from Fullerton College.
3. If you want to explore any of their resources on the portal, be sure to check out their “Resource Library” by clicking on the “Library” tab in the top left corner of the portal. There you will find information about a variety of topics related to higher education at Fullerton College.
How to report a problem on the Fullerton College Portal
If you experience a problem logging into the Fullerton College Portal, please follow these instructions to report the issue.
1. Log in to your account on the Portal. If you have not already done so, create an account by clicking on the "Create an Account" link on the home page of the Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on "Report a Problem."
4. In the Report a Problem form, please provide as much information as possible about your problem: what steps you took to try and fix it, what error message you received, and any other information that may help us resolve the issue. Please also indicate which portal section (Academic Affairs or Student Affairs) your problem occurred in.
5. If you are reporting a problem with an online course, be sure to include your course ID in your report.
6. Click on "Submit Report." Your report will be submitted and addressed as appropriate.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
To unsubscribe from email notifications, go to the "Manage Email Notifications" tab on your account and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
