How to Login to Full Sail University Online Portal
Welcome to the Full Sail University Online Portal! This is a user-friendly online portal that allows you to access your account, grades, transcripts and other important information. To login, please follow these simple steps:
1. Enter your login name and password into the login form on the homepage. If you have not created a login name and password, please click on the "Create Account" link below.
2. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access your account information, including your grades and transcripts. You can also use the portal to manage your course schedules, request transcripts and more!
3. If you need help logging in or have any questions about using the portal, please feel free to contact their customer service team at 1-866-SSU-CARE (7287). We are happy to help you get started!
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, you can do so by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your Full Sail University account.
2. Click on “My Account” on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click on “Password” in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and click on “Update Password”.
5. Enter a new password in the “New Password” field and click on “Update Password” again.
6. Click on “Login” at the top of the screen to return to the main page of the portal.
How to View Your Account Information
If you are a Full Sail student, you can view your account information on the Full Sail University Online Portal. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.fullsail.edu/onlineportal.
2. Click “Log In” in the top left corner of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click “Log In” to continue.
4. On the main page of the portal, click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen to view your account information. This page includes everything from your current course status to your archived grades and transcripts.
How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem with the Full Sail University Online Portal, here is how to report it.:
1. Click on the “My Account” button in the top right corner of any portal page.
2. Under the “Help & Support” tab, click on “Report A Problem”.
3. On the “Report A Problem” screen, provide as much information as possible about your issue. For example, which portal page did you encounter the problem on, what browser and version you are using, and what steps did you take to try to fix the issue?
4. Click “Submit” to send your report to Full Sail University. They will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
How to Cancel Your Account
If you need to cancel your account at Full Sail University, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account at fullsail.edu.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
3. In the My Account page, click on the Change/Cancel Your Account link in the Accounts section.
4. On the Cancel My Account page, provide your Full Sail University username and password and click on the Submit button.
5. Once you have confirmed that you have canceled your account, your account will be cancelled and all of your data will be deleted.
