Log in to the FSU Student Housing Portal. Click on Your Account in the top left corner. Click Dispute Bill. On the Dispute Bill page, find the bill you want to dispute and click on it. On the next page, complete the form and submit it. A member of their team will review your dispute and make a decision. If we decide that you were overcharged, we will refund your money.
