Fresno State Health Portal (FHPP) is a website that provides access to health information and services for students and employees of Fresno State. If you are looking to login to FHP, here are the steps you need to follow!
How to login to Fresno State Health Portal
If you are a new user or have forgotten your login information, please follow these steps to reset your password and log in to the Health Portal:
1. Log in to the Fresno State Health Portal using your NetID and password.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your NetID and password, and click on the "Reset Password" button. You will be prompted to enter a new password again. After you have successfully logged in, the new password will be displayed in the "Password Change" section of the login screen.
3. If you have forgotten your user name, please enter your NetID number (without spaces) and then enter a username (e.g., JohnDoe). Your username will be displayed next to your NetID number on all pages of the Health Portal under User Info.
4. If you have forgotten your email address, please enter your NetID number (without spaces) and then enter an email address (e.g., [email protected]). Your email address will be displayed next to your NetID number on all pages of the Health Portal
How to use Fresno State Health Portal
If you are a Fresno State student, faculty, or staff, you can use their online portal to access your health information and records. You can also manage your health care appointments and communicate with your doctor or health care provider. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Fresno State account using your NetID and password. If you do not have a NetID or password, please create an account now.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the portal window. This will take you to the My Account page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the “Login” link in the left sidebar. This will take you to the Login page.
4. Enter your NetID and password in the appropriate fields on the Login page. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact DPS Help Desk at 559-278-4357 for assistance.
5. After you have logged in, click on the “Health Records” link in the left sidebar of the portal window. This will take you to the Health Records
