How to login to the Fresh Student Living Student Portal
To login to the Fresh Student Living Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the website www.freshstudentliving.com.
2. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your username and password in the login form, and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be taken to the main Fresh Student Living Student Portal page.
How to manage your account
To login to your account, follow these steps:
-Navigate to the "My Account" page on the homepage of the portal.
-Enter your Net ID and password.
-Click "Login."

How to add/remove students
If you are a new or returning student and have not yet registered with the University, please follow these steps to add or remove students from your account:
1. Go to http://www.studentportal.ucsb.edu and log in with your MyUCSC credentials.
2. Click on Student Accounts at the top of the screen, and then click on Add/Edit Student.
3. Enter your MyUCSC username and password, and then click on Login.
4. Select the students you want to add or remove from your account, and then click on Update Profile.
If you are a current student, you will not have any students added or removed from your account at this time. You will need to register for classes first!

How to report an emergency
If you need to report an emergency, first call 911. If you need to report an emergency on campus, please go to the Student Life Office (SLO) located in the lower level of the Student Union Building. SLO is open from 7am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 7am-11pm Friday and Saturday.
If you need to report an emergency off campus, please contact your local police department.

If you have a problem with your student housing, there are a few things you can do. The first is to try and solve the problem yourself. If that doesn't work, you can make a complaint. Here's how:
