Franklin Commons Resident Portal is a new online portal that Franklin County residents can use to access information and services they need while living in the community. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.franklincommons.org and click on the "Resident Portal" link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Enter your first and last name in the "First Name" box and your email address in the "Last Name" box, and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be asked to provide your date of birth, which you can find on your driver's license or state ID card. You will also be asked to choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and contains at least one number and one letter. Click on the "Create Password" button to create your password.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all the services available through Franklin Commons Resident Portal, as well as information about how to access them. For example, if you want to learn more about residency rules or apply for a permit, click on one of the links in the left-side column of the page
How to login to your Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your login information, you can retrieve it by following the steps below.
1. Click on the "My Account" tab on the top right hand corner of your homepage.
2. Enter your email address in the "Login Name" field and your password in the "Password" field.
3. Click on the "Login" button to log in.
How to manage your account
Logging in to your Franklin Commons account is easy. Here's how:
1. Go to the home page of Franklin Commons and click on the "Log In" button in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be taken to the "My Account" page. On this page you can manage your account information, including your contact information and blog posts.
How to add/edit/delete resident profiles
If you are a resident of Franklin Commons and want to add, edit or delete your resident profile, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Portal with your Resident ID and password.
2. Click on "Residents" in the main menu.
3. Click on "Profile" in the header column to open the Profile page.
4. To add a new resident profile, click on the "Add New Profile" link in the header column and fill out the form. To edit an existing resident profile, click on the "Edit Profile" link in the header column and fill out the form. To delete an existing resident profile, click on the "Delete Profile" link in the header column and confirm your decision.
How to troubleshoot common portal issues
If you're having trouble logging in to your Franklin Commons Resident Portal, here are a few troubleshooting tips:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the portal software installed. Go to portal.franklincollege.edu and click on "Update Your Portal" to get the latest update.
2. Check your browser compatibility. Some browsers may not support all of the features of the portal. Try using a different browser or a different version of the same browser.
3. Verify your network connection is working properly. Make sure you have an active internet connection and that your firewall is not blocking port 5480 (the default port for the portal).

How to receive notification of important updates and events
If you are a resident of Franklin Commons, you can sign up for email notifications about important updates and events. To sign up, go to theResidents Portal and click on "Updates & Events" in the header. You will be asked to enter your email address and password, and you will then be notified about important updates and events.
