How to manage company files and content
To create, manage and share files and content through the FPL Employee Corporate Portal, follow these steps:
Log in to your portal account at www.FPL.com/portal. From the home page, select Administer > Site Settings > My Profile. On the left column, select Files & Content. In the Files & Content section, on the right column, under Company Name, select Add Folder. In the Add Folder window, enter a name for your folder (for example, Documents), and then select Browse to find and select the file(s) you want to add to your folder. To add multiple files at once, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking each file you want to add. Once all the files are selected, release the Ctrl key. Copy and paste the files from your computer into your newly created Documents folder (in their example). To delete a file from your Documents folder, select it and click Delete. To view or edit a file in your Documents folder, select it and click Edit. To share a file with colleagues in your company, open it in a text editor like Notepad or Microsoft Word and copy and paste the contents into an email message or chat window.

How to submit a request for a new website template
If you need to submit a request for a new website template, you can do so through the Employee Corporate Portal. To access the portal, go to the "My Company" section of the Employee Online Portal and click on "Website Templates." Once you're on the page, click on "Request a New Template." In the "Template Request Form" field, you'll need to provide information about your company, including your name, contact information, and the type of template you're requesting. You'll also need to provide information about the template, such as its name and version number. After you've submitted your form, a customer service representative will review it and determine if your company is eligible for a new website template. If your company is eligible, the representative will create a custom template for you and email it to you.
