If you are new to Foundation or are having trouble logging in, read this guide to help you get started.
How to login to your Foundation Client Portal
If you don't have an account yet, create one now by clicking the "Create an Account" button in the top right corner of the client portal. Once you have an account, log in by entering your username and password in the login boxes at the top of the page. If you've forgotten your username or password, click the "Forgotten Your Username or Password?" link in the top left corner of the page and we'll help you get back into your account.
How to add or edit a client
If you have an existing client portal, you can login to it by following these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the top toolbar.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields that appear.
3. Click the Log In button to log in.
How to cancel a payment
Please follow the steps below to cancel a payment:
1. Login to your account and click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the page.
2. On the My Account page, click on the "Payment Methods" tab.
3. Under "Payment Method," select the payment you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel Payment" link next to it.
4. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can confirm that you want to cancel the payment. Click on the "Cancel Payment" button to finish canceling the payment.
How to contact Foundation
If you are having trouble logging in to the Foundation Client Portal, please try the following:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Restart your computer.

How to change your password
To change your password, goto the "Settings" tab on your account and hit the "Change Password" button. You will be prompted to enter your current password and a new one. Make sure you remember both passwords since you will need to type them in when signing in to the Foundation Client Portal.
How to unsubscribe from email alerts
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from the Foundation Client Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. From your account page, click on the 'Notifications' link in the left-hand menu.
2. In the 'Notifications' page, select the 'Email Notifications' option and uncheck the box next to the account name you would like to unsubscribe from.
3. Click on the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.
