As a healthcare provider, you are likely responsible for managing patients' records and coordinating care. This can be a challenging job, but with the help of patient portals it can be made a bit easier. In this article, we will show you how to login to a patient portal, and navigate around the site.
How to register for my health patient portal
Step 1: Log in to your MyHealthPatientPortal account.
Step 2: Click on the "My Profile" tab.
Step 3: Click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner.
Step 4: Enter your MyHealthPatientPortal login information and click "Login."
You will now be taken to the dashboard of your patient portal account.
Step 5: On the dashboard, click on the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner.
Enter your MyHealthPatientPortallogin and password and click "Sign In." You will then be taken to a new page that displays all of your active health accounts.
How to find my patient portal login information
If you are a new patient or have not logged into your patient portal in awhile, please follow these simple steps to access your login information:

3. On the Your Account screen, click on "Login" in the left column:
4. Enter your patient portal Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click "Login" to log into your account. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact them at 1-855-232-7827 (1-855-232-7889 for Spanish speakers).
How to set up my password
If you have not already done so, please follow these instructions to create a password for your health patient portal account. You will need this password to log in to the account later.
How to use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a powerful online tool that can help you stay informed and connected with your health care team. If you have not already created an account, you can create one now by clicking on the "Sign In" button at the top of the page.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following main screen:

The top menu bar contains five main sections: "My Profile," "Health History," "Medications," "Activity Tracker," and "My Notes." The My Profile section displays your name, date of birth, and other personal information. The Health History section shows detailed information about your current health condition, including symptoms, treatments, and tests that have been performed. The Medications section lists all of the medications that you are taking and their dosages. The Activity Tracker section lets you track your physical activity and calories intake. Finally, the My Notes section allows you to keep a record of any important health information or comments that you might want to refer back to later.

How to unsubscribe from Patient Portal emails
If you no longer want to receive emails from their Patient Portal, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below. Note that if you have logged in to their Patient Portal using your email address, unsubscribing will not remove your account information from their system. You will need to contact their support team for assistance with deleting your account.
