If you are a tenant at Florida Realty Investments and need to login to your account, please follow these steps:
First, sign in to your account on their website. If you have not yet registered for an account, please click here to do so.
Then, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the “Sign In” button. You will now be directed to the login page.
To log in, enter your first and last name into the “First Name” field and your email address into the “Email Address” field. Click the “Log In” button. You will now be taken to the main tenant portal page.
How to login to the Fla Realty Investments Tenant Portal
When you first log in to the tenant portal, you will be prompted to create a user name and password. Please ensure that you save your user name and password as they will be required to access many of the features of the tenant portal.
Once logged in, you will see the main tenant portal screen. On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a list of all of your current tenants. You can access each tenant's information by clicking on their name or image. In addition, you can also manage your tenants' accounts and schedule repairs or inspections.
If you would like to add or edit any information about a tenant, such as their contact information or rental history, you can click on the "Edit" link next to that tenant's information. You can also add new tenants or manage your existing tenants' account settings.
If you would like to email a tenant or view their rental history, you can click on the "Email" link next to their name or image. You can also view a list of all of your current repairs or inspections and send out notifications to your tenants about those events.

How to see your account information
If you are a tenant of Florida Realty Investments, you can login to your account to see your account information. To login, go to https://www.floridarealtyinvestments.com/tenant-portal and enter your user name and password. Your user name is the email address that you used when you signed up for an account with Florida Realty Investments, and your password is the same password that you use to sign in to online accounts at Florida Realty Investments and other websites.
How to view your past rental payments
If you have rented through Florida Realty Investments, you can log in to view your past rental payments online. To login, enter your user name and password in the corresponding fields on the homepage. You will then be able to view all of your past rental payments, including dates, amounts, and fees.
How to dispute a rental payment
If you have paid your rent on time every month and then receive a notice from your landlord stating that you owe them an additional rent, there are a few things you can do in order to dispute the payment. You can contact the landlord and explain that you did not receive the notice, or if you received it but did not understand what it meant. You can also contact Florida Realty Investments and ask for help in disputeing the payment.
Florida Realty Investments Tenant Portal offers a few different ways for tenants to login and access their account information. The first way is to go to tenant portal.floridarealtyinvestments.com and sign in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” on the main tenant portal page. If you do not have an email address registered with Florida Realty Investments, you will need to create an account before logging in. After signing in, click on the link that says “My Account” under the “Your Account” tab at the top of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can access all of your account
How to make changes or updates to your account
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you need to make changes to your account, you can do so by clicking on the "Login" link on the top menu bar of the tenant portal.
