Fleurieu Aquatic Centre is excited to announce the launch of their new customer portal! This new system makes it easy for you to manage your account, sign up for events and more. Here are some tips on how to login and start using the portal:
1. First, create an account by clicking on the “Create an Account” button at the top of any page on their website.
2. Once you have created your account, you will need to enter your login information in order to access it. This information can be found in the “My Account” section of their website, which can be accessed by clicking on the “My Account” tab located in the top-left corner of most pages.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your account information including your membership number, email address and contact details. You can also change or update these details if necessary.
4. In addition to viewing your account information, you can also sign up for events and newsletters by clicking on the “Join Events” or “Subscribe to Newsletters” buttons located at the top of any event or newsletter listing, respectively.
How to login to the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre Customer Portal
If you are new to the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre Customer Portal, or if you have forgotten your user name and password, follow these simple steps to login:
1. Click on the Login link located at the top of every page on their website.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the Log In button.
3. You will now be taken to the login screen where you can verify that you are logged in by clicking on the Log In button again.
4. If everything is correct, click on the OK button to proceed to the next page.

How to manage your account
If you have a Fleurieu Aquatic Centre account, you can manage your account settings and account history through their Customer Portal. To access the Customer Portal, click the link in the footer of any page on their website. The Customer Portal is a secure website where you can:
- View and update your personal information, such as your username and password
- Manage your account history and purchase records
- Request a refund or make a complaint
- Report an issue with their facilities or services
How to update your contact information
If you have ever needed to update your contact information for the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre, now is your chance! The customer portal allows you to easily update your name, email, and phone number. To login and make the necessary changes:
1. Log in at the customer portal by clicking on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Select "Profile" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. On the "Profile" page, under "Contact Info", click on "Update Info". You will be prompted to enter your login information and click on "Update".
4. Enter your new contact information in the fields provided and click on "Save Changes". You're done!
How to cancel your membership
If you have decided that you no longer wish to be a member of the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the customer portal at www.fleurieuaquaticcentre.com.au.
2. Click on ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Under ‘Membership Details’, click on ‘Cancel Membership’.
4. Follow the instructions onscreen to cancel your membership and receive a refund.
How to pay your membership
If you have already registered for the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre, you can login to view your account information and make payments. If you have not registered for the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre or if you have forgotten your login information, please click here to find out how to register. Once you have registered and logged in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. From there, you can view your account balance, make payments and change your contact information.
How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute about a charge on your account, you can login to the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre customer portal and dispute the charge.
To login to the customer portal, go to: www.fleurieuaquaticcentre.com.au/customer-portal and enter your username and password.
Once you're logged in, click on My Account in the top right corner of the page.
On the My Account page, under Charges and Payments, click on Dispute a Charge.
On the Dispute a Charge page, you'll need to provide details about the charge you want to dispute, including your account number and description of the charge.
If you have photos or other evidence of the charge, attach them as attachments to your dispute submission.

How to get more information about your membership
The Fleurieu Aquatic Centre (FAC) offers a variety of great membership options for all types of swimmers, from children to adults. With so many options to choose from, it can be hard to know where to start. In this article, we will show you how to login and access your member account information.
First, you will need to visit the FAC website and sign in. Click the ‘My Account’ button on the top left corner of the homepage and you will be taken to the login page. Enter your name and email address and click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your member account page. On this page, you can view your account details, including your membership card number, expiration date, and password. You can also update your contact information here if you have changed it since signing up for membership.
