1. Log in to your Fleet Manager account using your NetSuite login credentials.

3. Select the reports and dashboards you want to view, and click on "Create Report" or "Download Report."
4. You can also access reports and dashboards by department, fleet size, region, or country.
How to manage employee records

Login to the Fleet Manager Portal using your administrator credentials. Click Employee Records in the left navigation bar. Click Add Employee. To create a policy, first navigate to Policy Management on the Fleet Manager Portal. From here, click on Policies. On the Policies page, click on New Policy.
On the New Policy page, enter a name for your policy and select the category from which it will be generated (System Settings or User Settings). Click on Next.
On the General page of the New Policy wizard, specify the following information:
Policy name: Default Driving Time for Vehicles
Description: Thispolicy sets the default driving time for vehicles.
In this example, we will be setting the default driving time as 2 hours and 30 minutes. Click on Next.
