If you're looking to login to your Fi account, there are a few different ways you can go about it. In this article, we'll explain the different methods and how to use them.
What is Fi Portal?
Fi Portal is a free and easy way to manage your Fi account and devices. You can use it to control your connected devices, get advice on how to use them, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Open Fi Portal on your computer.
2. Click the Login button in the top left corner.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Click Sign In.
5. You're done!
How to login to Fi Portal
If you've never used Fi Portal before, it's time to set up your account. To start, login to fi.com and click on the "Login" link in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Log In" button. You'll be taken to the main Fi Portal screen where you can start using the site:
To get started, click on the "Account" link in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can enter your name, email address, and password. Make sure that you enter your information correctly - if you forget your password, don't worry! You can request a new password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link in the "Account" section of Fi Portal.
Once you've logged in, you'll see a list of all of your Fi profiles:

How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, or if you need to reset it for any reason, follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to your Fi Portal account at https://www.fi.com/portal/.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the top right of the page.
3. In the “My Account” section, click on the “Password” link next to your name.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Reset Password” button.
5. You will receive an email notification with a new password, which you can use to log back in to your account.
How to manage your account
First and foremost, make sure you have registered for an account at Fi Portal! Once you have created your account and logged in, you will see a dashboard that contains all of your current settings.
To manage your account, click on the Settings cogwheel in the top right corner of the dashboard. This will take you to a page where you can change your password, activate two-factor authentication, and more.
If you ever need to reset your password, just click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link in the login section of your account and follow the instructions.

If you don't have an account yet, create one now!
Once you've logged in, you'll see the main menu. On the left side is where all the different sections of Fi are located. On the right side is where all your posts and pages are stored.
Billing information
If you are a Fi Portal Intern, please follow these steps to login. If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the header of the page.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "submit" button.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
Email address
To login to the Fi Portal, you need to email your username and password to [email protected]. Once you have sent this information, you will be able to access the Fi Portal and all of its features.
Mobile number
If you forgot your login credentials or need to reset them, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Fi portal and sign in.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the left side of the page, click on "My Account."
4. Under "Account Details," click on "Personal Info."
5. Enter your mobile number in the "Mobile Number" field and click on "Save."
Now you can login to your Fi account with your mobile number:
1. Go to fi.com/portal and sign in.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the left side of the page, click on "My Account."
4. Under "Account Details," click on "Personal Info."
5. Enter your mobile number in the "Mobile Number" field and click on "Log In."
Account history
When you first sign in to your Fi Portal account, you'll be asked to create a new password. You'll also be asked to set up your account preferences. You can find these under Settings > Account preferences on the left side of the homepage.
To login to your account, go to https://fi.com/login and enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password link on the login screen and we'll send you a link to reset it.
