How to login to your Fhs Parent Portal
If you are a parent and have an account on the Fhs Parent Portal, you can log in to your account to access important information about your children and school.
To login to your account, click the Login link on the top right of the screen. You will need your username and password.

How to create an account
If you are a new parent or just want to check in on your child's progress, their Parent Portal is the perfect way to do it. Logging in is easy and can be done from any device with internet access. Here's how to get started:
1. Go to fhs.k12.or.us and sign in using your school username and password. If you have not already created an account, now is a good time to do so.
2. Click on the "Parent Portal" tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the main Parent Portal page.
3. On the left side of this page, click on "Log In" and enter your school username and password (you will use this information again later when you create a child's account). You will also need to choose a password for your account (this should be something you will remember but that no one else can know). Once you have logged in, a new window will open up where you can start creating an account for your child(ren).

How to add a parent or guardian
If you are a parent or guardian of a student in the Fort Hays State University system, you can access the Parent Portal to manage your student's information. The Parent Portal provides easy access to your student's academic progress, disciplinary history, and more. To add yourself as a parent or guardian, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.fhsu.edu/parentportal and log in using your FHSU username and password.
2. Click the "My Students" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click "Add Parents or Guardians" on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Fill out the appropriate information, and then click "Submit."
5. You will now be able to view your student's information and manage their records from this website!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal by clicking on the “Log In” button at the top of the page.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab, and then click on the “Change Password” link.
3. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field, and then enter a new password in the “New Password Again” field. Click on the “Update Profile” button to finish.
How to delete your account
If you no longer need access to your account, you can delete it from the Parent Portal. Follow these steps:
Log in to the Parent Portal. On the left side of the screen, under "My Account," click "Delete My Account." Enter your account password if necessary. Click "Yes, delete my account."
