How to report a security vulnerability
If you have discovered a security vulnerability on campus, the first step is to report it to your campus IT department. Depending on the severity of the vulnerability, your campus IT department may require you to submit a formal report before they will take any action. Here are some tips for reporting a security vulnerability:
1. Review the Fhhs Campus Portal Security Guidelines to learn about what information is required for a successful submission.
2. Make sure you have all of the necessary information before submitting your report. This includes your login credentials, the URL where the vulnerability is located, and a description of the issue.
3. Follow the instructions provided by your campus IT department when submitting your report. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delayed response or rejection of your report.
4. Keep an eye out for updates to this blog section as we continue to update their guidelines and procedures related to reporting security vulnerabilities on campus.
