If you are not already registered with the Fcs Patient Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your MyFSU account on the web at my.fsu.edu
2. Click on the link on the left side of the main page for the Fcs Patient Portal (under "My Accounts" in the main menu)
3. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields, and click on "Login"

How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, you can do so through the FCS Patient Portal. Here’s how:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your user name and password.
2. Click on the “My Settings” link in the top right corner of the page.
3. In the “My Settings” box, click on the “Password” link.
4. Enter your current password in the “New Password” box and type a new password in the “New Password Again” box. Click on the “Change Password” button to save your changes.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from FCS, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your FCS Patient Portal account.
2. Under "My Profile," select "Notifications."
3. On the "Notifications" page, under "Email Notifications," uncheck the box next to the email notification you would like to unsubscribe from.
