If you are an employee of FCPS, you need to register for an account on the Employee Portal. The Employee Portal is a secure website where FCPS employees can access their personnel records, pay bills, and more. Follow these instructions to sign in to your account:
1. Go to www.fcps.org/employee-portal and click on the button that says "Register for an Account."
2. Complete the registration form and click on the "Create Account" button.
3. Enter your name, email address, and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Create Account" button.
4. You will be redirected to a page that says "Thank you for registering! Your account is now active." Click on the link in this message to log in to your account.
Fcps Employee Portal How to Login
If you are an employee of the Franklin County Public Schools, then you will need to login to your Employee Portal in order to view your personnel records, view and make changes to your account settings, and manage your communication preferences.
To login to your Employee Portal, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the Employee Portal home page at fcps.us/portal.
2. Click on the Login link in the upper-left corner of the home page.
3. Fill out the required information and click on the Log In button.
4. You will be prompted for your username and password. Make sure you remember these items since you will need them to access other features of the Employee Portal.
5. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a list of all of your current accounts on the portal (i.e., email, student account, etc.). To view or change an account setting, simply select that account from the list and click on the appropriate link in the header bar (i.e., Email Address, Password, etc.).

2. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner

If you are a current employee of the Franklin County Public Schools, then you need to use the Fcps Employee Portal to manage your employment information. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the main screen of the Employee Portal. On this screen, you will see four tabs: Human Resources, Payroll, Leave History, and My Stuff.
The Human Resources tab contains a list of all of your current employment records with the district. You can access your pay stubs and W-2 forms here. You can also view your benefits information and retirement options through this tab.
The Payroll tab contains all of your current pay information with the district. You can view your gross pay as well as your take-home pay each month. You can also see when your next paycheck is due and how much money you will receive in total each week.
