How to change your password
If you forgot your Faulkner Blackboard password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to your Faulkner Blackboard account by entering your username and password in the login boxes at the top of the page. If you cannot remember your username or password, click "Forgotten Your Password?" on the left side of the home page and enter your email address to get a new password sent to that address.
2. Click "My Settings" on the right side of the screen.
3. Click "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" text field and type a new password in the "New Password (again)" text field. Click "Submit."
5. When you have confirmed that the new password is correct, click "Save Changes."
How to add or remove accounts
If you need to add an account to Faulkner Blackboard, do the following:
1. Log in to Faulkner Blackboard.
2. Click the Settings tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Under "User Accounts," click Add New Account.
4. Enter your username and password. Click OK.
5. You're now logged in to Faulkner Blackboard! To add a student account, do the following:
1. Log in to Faulkner Blackboard as a teacher or administrator.
2. Click the Settings tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Under "User Accounts," click Add Student Account. If a student already has an account, they will be prompted to log in (see below). Otherwise, enter your student's username and password (both of which must be unique). Click OK. Note: Only students who have been added to your course can have accounts added to Faulkner Blackboard; students who are not currently enrolled in your course cannot have accounts added to Faulkner Blackboard .

If you are having difficulties logging in to your Faulkner Blackboard account, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue. First, check to see if you are using the correct username and password. If you are not sure of either of these details, please contact your school's IT department for assistance.
