If you are a Family Vision Care patient, you can use their patient portal to access your account information and medical records. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.familyvisioncare.com and log in with your Patient ID and Password.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Login" link in the bottom left corner of the page.
4. Enter your Patient ID and Password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Log In" button.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the My Accounts page where you can view your account information, including your chart history and ongoing appointments.

If you are a Family Vision Care patient, you can access their patient portal by logging in below. You will need your patient number and password to access the portal. If you have not received your patient number yet, please call us at (804) 262-4910 and we will assign you one.
How to update your contact information in the Patient Portal
If you have recently moved, changed your name, or had any other changes to your contact information, you'll need to update it in the Patient Portal. You can do this by clicking on "My Profile" in the top right corner of the Patient Portal and then clicking on "Update Contact Information."
How to change your password in the Patient Portal
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, you can do so through the Patient Portal.
How to report a problem with the Patient Portal
If you have a problem with the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your login credentials. If you do not have login credentials, please contact their office for assistance.
2. Click on the "Report a Problem" link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Use the form on the next page to report the problem. Please include as much information as possible, including:
- The date and time of the problem
- A description of what happened
- Your login name and password if you know them
- Any other information that may help us troubleshoot the problem
How to unsubscribe from notifications in the Patient Portal
If you no longer wish to be notified about new blog posts or events, you can unsubscribe from notifications in the Patient Portal by following these steps:
1. In the Patient Portal, click on the My Account link in the upper left corner.
2. On the My Account page, under "Notifications," click on the Unsubscribe link next to the notification you would like to unsubscribe from.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to unsubscribe from all notifications.
