How to login to the Fairmont Email Portal
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Fairmont Email Portal. This will allow you to manage your account, send and receive emails, and view your account information. To login to the Fairmont Email Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the Log In link in the upper-right corner of the web page.
2. Type in your user name and password.
3. Click on the Login button to proceed.
How to send and receive email from your Fairmont account
If you are a Fairmont guest, your account may only be accessible through the email portal. If you are a Fairmont employee, you can use your work email address and password to login to your account. You will then be able to access all of your accounts, including the email portal.
To login to your account:
1. Go to www.fairmont.com/login and sign in using your work email address and password.
2. In the left column, under Your Accounts, click Email Portal.
3. Click Log In. The login screen will appear. Enter your name and password and click OK.
If you are not a Fairmont guest or an employee, you can purchase a subscription to use the email portal. A subscription costs $10 per month or $100 per year and includes 500mb of storage space for your emails and 10GB of data transfer each month.
How to attach files to an email
If you want to attach a file to an email you send from the Fairmont Email Portal, there are a few things you need to know.
To attach a file, first open the email you plan to send and click on the "File" button in the toolbar at the top of the screen. This will open the "Attach Files" dialog box.
Click on the "Browse" button and find the file you want to attach. You can either drag and drop the file into the dialog box or use the arrow keys to select it and then press the "Attach" button.
If you have more than one file to attach, you can select them all by pressing the "Select All" button. Once you have attached your files, click on the "Send" button to send your email.
How to password protect your Fairmont account
If you are unsure about how to password protect your Fairmont account, or need help resetting your password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the login page and enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot my password link to retrieve a new one.
2. Click the lock icon in the top right corner of the login page to set a password for this account. You will be prompted to create a new password. Make sure that it is different from your user name and remember it!
3. If you want to share this account with someone else, choose that person's user name from the list on the login page and enter their password.
How to cancel your account
If you have not used the Fairmont Email Portal in a while, or if you want to cancel your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Fairmont Email Portal using your email address and password.
2. Click the "Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click the "Cancel my account" button.
4. You will be asked to confirm your decision to cancel your account. Click the "Cancel my account" button again to finalize your cancellation.
