How to login to your Extrahop Partner Portal
If you're having trouble logging in to your Extrahop Partner Portal, here's a guide on how to do it. Log in using your company's email address and password. If you don't have access to your company's email address or password, then you'll need to contact Extrahop support for assistance.
How to add a new partner
Adding a new partner to Extrahop is easy. Log in to your partner portal and follow these steps:
1. Click on the Partner Menu button in the upper-left corner of the portal.
2. Click on New Partner.
3. Enter all the necessary information, and click on Next.
4. Select your role within Extrahop, and click on Next.
5. Accept the terms and conditions, and click on Finish.
How to view your partner dashboard
If you're not already logged in to your Extrahop Partner Portal, here's how to do it:
1. Click the Partner Portal logo in the upper-left corner of your Extrahop account home page.
2. On the login screen, enter your partner portal username and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll also need to enter your second authentication code.
3. Once you've logged in, you'll see a list of your partners on the left side of the screen and a list of your projects on the right side of the screen. (If you don't have any partners or projects yet, you can create them by clicking the "Create a new project" link.)
To access your partner dashboard, click the "dashboard" link on the left side of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can see all of your partner activities for that project (for example, downloads and installations), as well as statistics about how well that project is performing.
How to manage your partner account
If you're new to Extrahop, or just need a refresher on how to manage your partner account, read on!
The first step is to sign in to your partner portal. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here. Once you're logged in, you'll see the main page of the portal.
To get started managing your partner account, click on the "My Partners" tab at the top of the page. This tab lists all of your active partners and their associated data. You can see what they are doing right now, what workflows they are using, and more.
You can also manage your partner's data by clicking on their name in the My Partners tab and accessing their settings. Here you can change their password, add them as a collaborator on a workflow, and more.
If you ever need to contact your partner directly, you can reach them through the "Contact Partners" tab. This tab includes a list of all of your partners' email addresses along with contact information like phone numbers and office locations. You can easily send them messages or invitations to collaborate on workflows or projects.

How to cancel your partner subscription
If you need to cancel your partner subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the Extrahop Partner Portal at https://my.extrahop.com/partner-portal/.
2. Click on the My Partners tab in the top left corner of the page.
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel from the list of subscriptions on the page.
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription button next to the subscription you wish to cancel. This will delete that subscription from your account and remove all associated data from their systems.
