Staff portal login is a required task for all organizations, but it can be difficult to get everyone up to speed on the process. In this article, we'll outline the steps you need to take in order to set up your staff portal and provide step-by-step instructions on how to login.
Logging In
If you are like most people, you use your work login to access your staff portal. However, if you need to access the portal from a different computer or device, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Open your browser and go to the staff portal at http://yourdomain.com/portal/.
2. Log in with your work login. If you don't have a work login, you can create one by going to https://portal-login.yourdomain.com/.
3. Click the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Login" button.
Logged Out
When you are logged in to the Staff Portal and click on the Login link in the upper right corner, a login screen will appear. If you are not currently logged in, or have forgotten your login information, follow these steps to establish a new login:
Click on the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the login screen. This will take you to a sign in screen where you can enter your name and password. If you have forgotten your name or password, click on the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom of the sign in screen. This will take you to a reset password page. Enter your new password and click on the Reset Password button. You will now be able to access all of the features of the Staff Portal.
Changing Your Password
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Reset My Password" button. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to reset it, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Portal account at https://staffportal.com/login.
2. Click the “Forgotten Password” link on the main menu.
3. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
4. Confirm the new password and click the “Submit” button.
Verifying Your Email Address
If you have not verified your email address, please do so now. This will help ensure that your account is secure and that you can access your account and files if necessary.
First, log in to your portal using the sign in button in the top right corner of the screen. If you have already logged in, click on Profile at the top right corner of the screen.
In the Profile section, click on Email Address and enter your email address in the text box.
If your email address is not valid or if it is already taken, you will receive a message stating that your email address is not valid. In this case, please contact customer service for assistance.
Restarting the Portal
When you're having trouble logging in to the Staff Portal, restart your browser. This usually fixes the problem. If it doesn't, try the following:
1. Close all open tabs in your browser.
2. Reload the Staff Portal page.
3. Log in using your administrator account and password.
Closing the Portal
If you are not logged in to the Staff Portal, follow these steps:
1. From the main menu, select "Staff Portal."
2. If you are logged in, note the logout URL below the login form.
3. Click "Logout" on the top right of the screen.
4. Enter your logout URL into your web browser and click "Log In." You will then be taken to the login screen. Enter your user name and password and click "Log In."
