How to find your Exceedent Health Provider Portal username
If you are not automatically logged in to your Exceedent Health Provider Portal, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the My Account link on the main page of your portal.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on login. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on Forgot Your Username or Forgot Your Password? to find help.
How to find your Exceedent Health Provider Portal password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten Your Password" link at the top of the portal. You will need to enter your username, email address and password to retrieve your password. Once you have retrieved your password, you can use it to log in to the portal.
How to login to your Exceedent Health Provider Portal
If you have not already registered with your Exceedent Health Provider Portal, please visit www.exceedenthealth.com/register to register and create an account. After you have registered and logged in, follow these steps to login:
1) Click on the Login link on the top right corner of the home page.
2) Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address in the Email Address field. An email message will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password. If you do not receive this email message, please contact customer service at 877-245-3236.
3) Click on the Log In button to log in to your account.
4) If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up a new password. Please enter your new password in the New Password field and click on Submit. You will then be logged in to your account.
How to update your personal information
If you have registered with the Exceedent Health Provider Portal (EHP), you can easily update your personal information. To update your personal information:
1. Log in to the EHP.
2. Click on “My Profile” in the upper right corner of the page.
3. On the “My Profile” page, click on “Edit Personal Info” in the left column.
4. Enter your user name and password, and then click on “Update Details”.
5. Click on “Submit” to complete the update process.
How to cancel your registration with the Exceedent Health Provider Portal
If you decide that you no longer need the Exceedent Health Provider Portal, canceling your registration is easy. All you need is your username and password.
