Employee Portal is a new system introduced by Etmc Inc. in order to improve employeesβ efficiency and help managers monitor their teamβs performance. This guide will show you how to login to Employee Portal and start using its features.
Etmc Employee Portal Login
Login to the Employee Portal using your username and password. If you have forgotten your login information, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Home Page.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to reset it, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Etmc Employee Portal account using your login credentials.
2. Click on the "My Profile" link in the header of the page.
3. On the "My Profile" page, click on the "Change Password" link.
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" box and click on the "Submit" button.
5. Confirm your new password by clicking on the "Confirm New Password" link.

How to Add or Edit an Employee
If you are an employee of Etmc and desire access to the companyβs Employee Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Employee Portal account using your credentials. If you do not have an account, create one now.
2. Click on the βEmployeesβ link on the left-hand side of the page. You will see a list of all of your current employees, along with their contact information and login credentials.
3. If you would like to add or edit an employeeβs contact information, click on their name and then enter the new information in the appropriate fields. If you would like to change an employeeβs login credentials, click on their name and then enter the new password in the βPasswordβ field. Remember to save your changes!
How to View your Employees Attendance Records
If you have an employee portal, it's helpful to be able to view their attendance records. This article will show you how to do this.
First, log into your employee portal. If you don't have one, please see the article How to Set Up an Employee Portal.
Next, click on the "Employees" tab in the left-hand column. This will show you a list of all of your employees.
Click on the "Attendance" button next to the employee's name. This will open a new window that will show you their attendance record for that day.
You can see how many hours they were actually at work and how many hours they were actually paid for. You can also see any absences or suspensions that they have had.
How to Invoice and Pay Employees
In order to invoice and pay employees, navigate to the "Etmc Employee Portal" and log in.
On the main menu, click on "Invoicing and Payments."
You will be presented with several options for invoicing and paying your employees.
-To invoice an employee, select the invoicing option and fill out the required information.
-To pay an employee, select the payment option and enter the appropriate information.
-If you have a payroll account linked to your Etmc Employee Portal account, you will be able to automatically collect employee wages and deposits using payroll automation. Otherwise, you can manually deposit wages into an employeeβs bank account or submit a W-2 form to your employer for processing.
How to Retrieve a File from your Etmc Employee Portal
If you need to retrieve a file from your Etmc Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal using your employee ID and password.
2. Click on Files in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Click on the name of the file you want to retrieve.
4. Select the file you want to view or download, and click on the blue Download button.
