To use the EPP, you must first login. To log in, go to https://www.equitablehealthplanfinder.com/login/. After you have logged in, click on the blue “Find a Plan” button. On the next page, under “Country or State,” select your state or country. Then, under “Health Plans,” select the type of plan you want to search for. You can search by name, location, or rating. In the “Advanced Search” section, you can filter your results by plan type, carrier, and price range. Once you have found a plan that you want to sign up for, click on the “Sign Up” button to sign up for the plan.

If you have a dispute with your health insurance provider, the Equitable Provider Portal can help you get resolution. This portal allows you to login, view your account information, and dispute bills.
To login to the Equitable Provider Portal, go to https://www.equitable.com/login and sign in with your username and password. Once you're logged in, select "My Account" from the menu on the left side of the screen. Under "Bills & Payments," select "Dispute Bill." You'll see a list of all of your bills from your health insurance provider. Click on the bill you want to dispute and then click on the "Dispute Bill" button in the upper right corner.
You'll be asked to provide some information about your dispute, including the date of the bill, what services were disputed, and a summary of your argument. After you submit this information, Equitable will review your dispute and decide whether to grant or deny it. If Equitable denies your dispute, they'll send you an explanation why.
