The first way is to use the User Management utility. This utility can be found in the Control Panel under System and Security. Once you have accessed the User Management utility, follow these steps:

2. Select the user you want to remove from your network and click on the Remove button.
3. You will be prompted to confirm your removal decision. Click on Yes to remove the user or No if you want to keep the user connected but inactive.

How to Change a Password for a User
If you are the administrator for a site and you want to change the password for one of your users, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Administration panel on your WordPress site.

2. Click on Users in the left-hand column.
3. On the right-hand side, click on the user whose password you want to change.
4. In the Edit Profile box, enter new credentials in the Username and Password fields. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
5. Make sure that your user's account is enabled and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page again. The user's account should now be updated with their new password.
How to Stop or Start Email Notifications for a User
If you want to disable email notifications for a user, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and click on the "Settings" link in the upper right corner of the page.
2. On the Settings page, under "Email Notifications," select the "User" tab and uncheck the box next to the user's name.
