How to login to the Enterprise Partner Portal
If you are new to the Enterprise Partner Portal, please follow these steps to login:
1. Log in to your company's My Account site.
2. Click on the "Enterprise Partner Portal" link in the left navigation bar.
3. Enter your Login ID and Password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. If you have previously logged in to the Enterprise Partner Portal, you will be prompted to enter your User Name and Password.
5. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Home page of the Enterprise Partner Portal.
How to create, manage and delete enterprise partner accounts
In order to create and manage your enterprise partner accounts, you need to login to the portal. Here are the steps:
1. Go to www.microsoft.com/enterprisepartners/portal
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, select Login.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on Log In.
5. You will be directed to the Login screen where you can enter your enterprise partner id and password. If you do not have an enterprise partner id, please create one now by clicking on New Partner Id in the top navigation bar and following the instructions.
6. Once you have logged in, you will see your account overview in the left column of the screen and all of your active partners in the right column. To view or manage your partner accounts, select a partner from the list and click on Manage Partnerships in the top navigation bar.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever logged into the Partner Portal, you know that there is a field for your company name and email address. However, if you want to keep your contact information up-to-date, it's important to log in every once in a while and update your information.
There are two ways to update your contact information:
1. Log In to the Portal and Click on the "Contact Info" Tab on the Left Hand Side of the Screen
2. Click on the "Contact Info" Button on the Home Page of the Partner Portal
