Login to the Energy Ombudsman Portal
The Energy Ombudsman Portal is a website that provides information and advice on energy complaints. If you have an energy complaint, you can use the portal to:
- find out what to do if you have a complaint about your energy supplier\;
- find out how to make a complaint about your energy supplier\;
- find out what information your energy supplier must provide you when you make a complaint\;
- find out how long it takes for an energy supplier to resolve a complaint\; and
- find out what to do if your complaint is not resolved by your energy supplier.
Navigate to the My Account Section
You will need to login with your email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
On the main menu, you will see three tabs: Dashboard, My Reviews, and My Documents.
Dashboard: You can view your account information and review decisions.
My Reviews: You can see all of the reviews that have been made about your business.
My Documents: This is where you can store your documents such as invoices and contracts.
Enter your Username and Password
The Energy Ombudsman Portal is a one-stop shop for consumers looking to resolve complaints about their energy bills, services and suppliers.
To login to the portal, please enter your username (your email address) and password below. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact them at [email protected] and we will help you reset them.

Contact the Energy Ombudsman
If you have a question about your energy bill, or feel that your energy company is not complying with their obligations under the Energy Ombudsman Scheme, you can contact the Energy Ombudsman. The Energy Ombudsman is an independent charity which helps consumers resolve disputes with their energy companies.
To contact the Energy Ombudsman, please visit their website and follow the instructions on how to login. Once you have logged in, you will be able to submit a dispute online or by email. Alternatively, you can call them on 0345 600 0845.

If you want to sign out of the portal, go to the main menu and select "My Account" (or "Account"). On the left side of the page, under "My Account," click on "Sign Out."
